I have opened a small, low-cost QA slot for founders who want one last check before a demo or release. For $15, I review one web flow within 24 hours and send a concise pass/fail note with reproducible defects, severity, and evidence. If you have a checkout, signup, onboarding, or API-backed flow that needs a second pair of eyes, details are here: https://contra.com/s/NPrRqOAB-30-minute-launch-smoke-check

The swinging is fun, is there a way you can make it hit the point when user flow? will be more interactive that way
I built a full booking app in 2 days with @Lovable. Here are 4 things I learned.
The project: Brightnest Cleaning Co., a booking app for a (fictional) two-person cleaning team in Columbus, Ohio, built for the #lovablechallenge by @Lovable and @Contra.
Write the first prompt like a client brief.
I didn't write "build a booking app." I described the owner, her problem (8 texts and 2 days per booking), her prices and her quirks: new clients book a Deep Clean first, a locked door costs half a day, and far suburbs pay a travel fee. The more real the brief, the more real the app.
Change one thing at a time.
Almost every fix prompt ended with "Don't change anything else." Small, focused prompts kept working parts working.
Design takes rounds.
The look went black-and-white, then bold green and lime, then calm and premium. Each round showed me what the brand should not be.
Test it like launch day.
I tested the live site as a customer and as the owner, on phone and laptop. 4 rounds found 27 issues, and 25 were fixed before launch.
The result: customers see an exact price, pick a real opening and book in about two minutes, while confirmations, access checks and follow-ups run on their own.

What I built: SlotChef – a booking and loyalty platform for solo, appointment-based businesses like hair salons, dentists, tattoo studios and nail bars. It turns "Can I book?" into a confirmed booking in 10 seconds: no phone calls, no back-and-forth. Customers book online, get an SMS reminder, confirm with one tap and secure the slot with a small deposit. If someone cancels, the waitlist fills the gap automatically. Owners get a dashboard with upcoming bookings, a benefit report showing what SlotChef saved them, and a finance export for their accountant. It works in German, Spanish and English, with 53 industry templates.
Why I built it: Solo business owners like Miriam, who runs a hair salon in Leipzig, can't answer the phone while working. They lose bookings, and up to a third of appointments end in no-shows. SlotChef solves this end to end – from the first booking request to the confirmed, deposit-secured appointment – so the owner never has to pick up the phone again.
Name: SlotChef
A word on the problem: solo businesses lose money due to no-shows and phone tag—SlotChef turns "Can I book?" into a confirmed booking in 10 seconds.
