I love systems and I love beautiful things, so naturally, I thought, why not keep building out my beauty management system?!

I’ve been refining the foundations of the Beaura app, with a focus on solving one of the biggest headaches in salon life: planning shifts manually. The goal? A single source of truth for who’s working, when, and where.

In an industry that thrives on flexibility (and last-minute changes), the new Employee page now gives salons a live, synced schedule where every change updates instantly for everyone.

There’s still so much potential to explore in this space, and honestly, the concepts could apply far beyond salons. But most of all, this has been really fun to build and has given me a great deep dive into the world of scheduling systems!
