In addition to design, I like to write. Earlier this week, in response to events transpiring on a particular platform, I wrote about how the pink basketball site has become yet another walled garden. 2,000+ words. Many of them spelled correctly 😃 I talk about how platforms like Contra are capitalizing on the ineptitude of communities that are more interested in walling off their members from outside platforms. Designed the cover to represent the theme of the article with colors invoking the platform that's covered. Contra is one of the platforms that seems like it's about empowering users.
