Webflow Animation Practice - Day 1/30 Get familiar with Webflow's built-in interactions and custom animations.
Basic stuff. The goal was to review what's available natively and understand when to use what.
FOCUS AREAS:
Scroll into view & While scrolling in view
Worked with Webflow's pre-built animations and created a few custom animations
KEY LEARNINGS:
The "emphasis" animations (rubber band, jello, bounce) feel unusable for most projects. Maybe useful for playful sites, but I'd avoid them otherwise.
Repeating scroll animations aren't great UX. Elements fading in every time you scroll past them gets distracting. Only makes sense if you're intentionally highlighting something specific, like a CTA.
