I built a workflow with n8n that takes sales call transcripts into context and a human approval system through Slack.
Here is how it works
- You submit a form after sales call
- It pulls the latest call transcript from your AI note-taker
- AI generates a tailored proposal in PandaDoc using both context
- You get a Slack message: Approve or Disapprove with feedback
- If you request changes, it rewrites the proposal based on your notes (loop until perfect)
- CRM stages update automatically
- It pulls the document audit trail and if the client hasn’t signed in 48 hours → they get a reminder + you get notified
