I built a webinar automation system that handles the entire attendee journey from registration to post-event nurture.
Webinars are still one of the strongest lead generation channels, but they sometimes underperform. People forget to attend, follow-ups get missed, and the interest declines after the event.
So I designed a system that keeps prospects engaged before, during, and after the webinar.
Here's how it works: • A prospect signs up through a Squarespace landing page • A confirmation email goes out instantly with the date, time, and Zoom link • A calendar invite is automatically sent so the session is saved right away • The mailing system like Kit or Flodesk segments and tags contacts appropriately • HighLevel tracks each lead inside a pipeline for visibility and follow-up • Automated reminder emails are sent before the webinar to improve attendance • The webinar replay is delivered automatically after the event • A nurture sequence kicks in with relevant resources, freebies, and follow-up content designed to convert
The result is often higher attendance, better lead segmentation, and a seamless journey from prospect to client, without anyone manually tracking who needs what.
This has become one of the workflows I build most often for coaches, course creators, and consultants who use webinars to generate leads and sales.
