Currently reflecting on one of my favorite contracted jobs. I assisted more than 50 high-profile speakers, performers, and their guests throughout the TED Countdown Summit 2023, as a Speaker Support Assistant.

I implemented a strategic schedule, ensuring they went to all their appointments, events, and rehearsals. I effectively communicated and worked with multiple teams such as the production crew, catering staff, presentation preparation mentors, venue employees, and hair and makeup. I efficiently worked with fellow team members and supervisors during fast-paced circumstances, and reported useful information at the end of the day to ensure an overall effective and pleasant experience for speakers, performers, guests, and fellow team members.
