A solo lawyer in Chattogram used to manage her entire practice with a notebook — writing down case dates, calling clients before every hearing, and collecting fees in cash.
For the @Lovable #lovablechallenge, I rebuilt her entire client-to-courtroom workflow into a simple, automated web app.
Here’s what I built:
→ Consultation Booking & Payment
Clients can book a consultation and pay 20% upfront. The booking is instantly confirmed through a real Paddle transaction.
→ Case Cancellation & Refunds
If a case isn’t a fit, the lawyer can cancel it with a note. The client receives the explanation and gets an automatic refund.
→ One-Click Case Creation
After a consultation, the lawyer can turn it into an active case with one click. Client information and consultation notes carry over automatically.
→ Automated Hearing Reminders
Hearing dates are added to the calendar, and clients automatically receive email reminders 3 days and 1 day before each hearing — no more manual phone calls.
→ Digital Payment Requests
After a court hearing, the lawyer can send a secure payment request link instead of collecting cash.
→ Flexible Consultation Fees
The lawyer can change consultation fees anytime from the dashboard, and the booking form updates automatically.
→ Collected Fees Dashboard
All payments are organized in one place, with a dual ledger showing collected revenue and pending payments.
→ Unavailable Dates
The lawyer can block any date for personal reasons, making it automatically unavailable for new bookings.
→ Court Calendar
All upcoming hearings are organized in one calendar. Clicking a date shows the courtroom, hearing time, and quick client contact options.
From “Can I book a consultation with you?” to a fully automated legal practice — built end to end with Lovable.

Friday Question: When Did You Last Check Your Website on Your Phone? 📱
Not on your laptop.
Not in the editor preview.
On your actual phone. The way your customers see it.
This week I did exactly that with my own website. And I didn’t love what I saw.
The menu button was plain. The dropdown felt like an afterthought. And the most important button, “Let’s Talk,” was just another line of text in a list.
So I rebuilt it.
✔ A clearer menu button
✔ A proper slide-out menu
✔ A call-to-action you can’t miss
Nothing was “broken.” It just wasn’t helping anyone take the next step.
Here’s a 60-second test you can do right now:
→ Open your website on your phone
→ Tap the menu
→ Try to contact yourself
How many taps did it take? Did anything feel awkward?
