This single line made me more than $30K in 4 projects in contra This might be cringe if everyone writes this kind of stuff in their applications, but I hope everyone just takes inspiration and doesn't just copy and paste it "Let me know your worth of time, I will make it worth it by my research before our meeting"

📂 Client Onboarding System: Asana Workflow Architecture & Automation

I engineered and configured a comprehensive client onboarding system within Asana for a growing professional services firm. This project translates manual, ad-hoc business operations into a structured, trackable workspace that clarifies task accountability, enforces milestone sequencing, and streamlines the handoff into ongoing service delivery.

❌ The Challenge

Without a standardized onboarding framework, internal staff relied heavily on loose emails, scattered reminders, and informal handoffs to collect client documentation and prepare internal records. This ad-hoc approach caused distinct gaps in task ownership, incomplete client intake information, unclear next actions, and highly inconsistent handoff procedures.

🛠️ The Solution (Workflow Infrastructure)

1. I built a repeatable, high-visibility operational framework configured across 5 distinct workflow stages and 16 standardized tasks:

2. Signed Agreement Received: Instantly log the agreement and establish the core onboarding record.

3. Client Information & Access: Systematically collect data and track necessary system permissions.

4, Internal Review & Setup: Validate intake completeness, verify service scope, and document active blockers.

5. Kickoff Preparation: Organize kickoff arrangements, finalize agendas, and isolate outstanding decisions.

6. Onboarding Completion & Handoff: Enforce rigorous completion criteria before transitioning ownership to the ongoing service lead.

⚙️ Advanced System Configuration

• Task Accountability & Custom Fields: Built custom metadata tracking columns for Status, Priority, Responsible Role, and Next Action to eliminate task ambiguity. • Strict Task Dependencies: Mapped sequential prerequisite relationships between core tasks to prevent team members from working out of order. • Tested Workspace Automation: Configured and behaviorally validated a native automation rule (Trigger: Status changes to Blocked ➔ Action: Automatically escalate Priority to High) to surface bottlenecks instantly. 👉 View My Full Portfolio & Frameworks at Run the Desk Consulting
