Built a custom AI-powered Google Review Management Automation using n8n to streamline review monitoring and responses. The workflow fetches new Google Business reviews, stores them in Airtable, and uses an AI agent to generate personalized, brand-aligned replies. Responses are routed to a manager for approval, editing, auto-publishing, or dismissal. The automation tracks statuses, approvals, and notifications, reducing manual effort while improving response speed, consistency, and brand reputation.
