Over the years, my mother's tailoring business ran on memory, stacks of fabric, and countless cardboard boxes. Every new fabric she bought was folded away somewhere in the storage room, hoping she'd remember where it was when a customer came back asking for it.
No inventory. No search. No record of how much fabric remained. Just memory—and hours spent opening box after box.
Sometimes, finding a single piece of fabric could take up to two hours.
That meant less time sewing dresses, and more time searching through shelves, wondering, "Do I still have this fabric? Which box did I put it in?"
I decided to give her storage room a digital upgrade.
Meet Fabric Storage Management — a web application built to help small fabric shops organize their inventory and storage in one place.

The feature I'm most proud of is the Virtual Storage Room.
Instead of remembering where every fabric is stored, my mother simply uploads a picture of her storage room, draws the shelves and storage boxes, and maps each fabric to its real location. The next time she searches for a fabric, the application highlights the exact box that contains it.
No more opening every box.
No more relying on memory.
What used to take hours of searching now takes just a few seconds.
Watching my mother find the exact fabric she needed with a single search reminded me that good software doesn't have to solve the world's biggest problems—it just needs to solve a real one.

Built an AI-powered Slack bot that manages inventory and orders directly from chat — no spreadsheet switching required.
The team needed a faster way to check stock and log orders without leaving Slack. I built a Make.com scenario that:
Watches Slack for new messages
Passes the message to a Make AI Agent, which interprets the request (check stock, place an order, update inventory)
The AI Agent searches inventory, creates orders, or updates stock levels in Google Sheets depending on intent
Sends the answer straight back to Slack as a reply
Result: The team can now manage inventory and orders with a simple Slack message — the AI Agent handles the logic and Google Sheets stays updated automatically, with zero manual lookups.
