This project is a multi-branch automated reminder workflow designed to improve lead engagement and follow-up efficiency through personalized email automation. The system intelligently routes contacts based on selected interests or form responses, ensuring every user receives a targeted communication sequence.
The workflow includes conditional branching, customized email delivery, timed wait actions, reminder sequences, timeout handling, and automated follow-up emails. Different user paths were created for software inquiries, website-related inquiries, and unmatched conditions, allowing the automation to adapt dynamically to user behavior.
The process was built to reduce manual follow-up tasks, improve response rates, and maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the customer journey.
My role involved workflow architecture, automation logic setup, condition mapping, email sequence structuring, timing configuration, and visual process organization to ensure scalability, clarity, and efficient user flow management.
