🚀 Automating Facebook Lead Follow-Ups with GoHighLevel + WATI
What if every new Facebook lead could receive an instant WhatsApp message without your team having to send it manually?
Here’s a simple automation workflow I designed using Facebook Lead Forms, GoHighLevel, webhooks, and WATI.
🔹 Step 1: A prospect submits a Facebook Lead Form.
🔹 Step 2: GoHighLevel captures the lead and triggers an automated workflow.
🔹 Step 3: The GHL workflow sends a webhook request to WATI.
🔹 Step 4: WATI sends a predefined WhatsApp template message to the lead.
✅ Faster lead response times
✅ Less manual work for your team
✅ Automated lead engagement
✅ A scalable follow-up process for growing businesses
The best part? This approach connects your existing tools instead of forcing you to manage everything manually.
I build custom GoHighLevel workflows, CRM automations, webhook integrations, AI chatbots, and lead management systems that help businesses streamline their operations.
Need to connect GoHighLevel with WATI or another platform? Let's build an automation that works for your business.
From packed boxes to a shipment the client can track.
This TechFoundry IMS demo reuses box details, retrieves UPS rates, creates shipping labels, and keeps tracking connected to the client order. A practical example of the AI and automation workflows we build into business software.
I like that the shipment stays tied to the client order instead of living in a separate carrier tab. When box details get edited after the UPS rate is retrieved, does the system re-quote before creating the label, or lock the original rate? I'd be curious how you handle that mismatch on the tracking side.
Managing a social media account involves more than keeping the page active.
It's about making sure the content, audience interactions, and business goals work together.
My approach focuses on:
→ Planning content with a clear purpose
→ Keeping posts consistent with the brand
→ Responding to comments and messages
→ Reviewing performance to understand what works
→ Using those insights to improve future content
Because publishing regularly is important, but managing the bigger picture matters too.
