One thing I've learned over the years ..
A project doesn't usually go off track because people aren't good at what they do - it happens because everyone walked away from the same meeting with a different understanding! 😅
I've realised that the best project management isn't about fancy tools or endless task lists, it's about asking the right questions, writing things down, and making sure everyone knows what's happening next.
One tiny habit that's saved me countless follow-ups?
Before ending any meeting, I make sure I know:
✔️ What's the next step?
✔️ Who's responsible?
✔️ When are we checking in again?
It sounds simple ... because it is !
But it makes a huge difference compared to any productivity app ever.
That's probably my favourite part of operations - making work feel a little less chaotic and a lot more manageable🤍

A little update from my corner of the internet ✨
New platform, new profile, same curiosity about how businesses grow, work smarter, and occasionally survive the chaos. 😄
After 15+ years across marketing, operations, events, partnerships, CRM, and now AI & automation, I’ve learned that my favorite projects usually have one thing in common:
Something is messy — and I get to make it make sense.
A scattered marketing process.
A CRM nobody quite trusts.
An event with a hundred moving pieces.
A business wondering where AI actually fits.
Or simply a good idea that needs a system behind it.
That’s the kind of work I genuinely enjoy.
I’m new to Contra, slowly finding my way around, and looking forward to meeting interesting people and discovering what everyone is building here.
And yes… I think my profile is finally finished. 😂

I designed the product workflow, requirements, dashboard UX, and human-in-the-loop AI experience—from lead prioritization and context review to follow-up drafting and approval. The project demonstrates how manual business processes can be transformed into focused, practical digital workflows while keeping users in control.
