Went with dark, the terminal green on black just feels native to how developers actually spend their day, and "memory safety without the syntax for it" reads stronger against code than against serif type.

For a programming language site, clarity and hierarchy would win over visual complexity for me.

I always lean towards dark as a favorite, light is better for accessibility so why not just do both with a toggle?
