4 apps shipped solo to the App Store. Here's what actually kills indie iOS projects, and it's never the code.
Scope. Every app I shipped got smaller before it launched, never bigger. The version people use is the one you cut in half.
App Store review. Budget a week. Rejections are usually about metadata, privacy labels, or subscription copy, not your app.
Paywall timing. Building payments last means rebuilding half your onboarding. Design the paywall on day one.
The last 10%. Empty states, errors, offline. This is where most projects die, because it feels like it's already done.
I'm Gabriel, I build iOS apps end to end: SwiftUI, Supabase, RevenueCat, submission included. If you're stuck at any of those four, my DMs are open.
