I started with a simple question
What happens between “Can I book?” and “You’re booked?”
For a salon it can mean a lot of back and forth
So I built Kaizen
A digital front desk concept for Kaizen The Family Salon in Indore
Customers can ask questions through Kaizen Concierge, explore services, find an available time and book without the usual message chain
On the other side, the owner gets a simple command center for appointments, conversations and follow ups
One feature I especially wanted to solve was cancellations
When a 7:15 PM appointment opens up, Kaizen can surface customers who were already looking for an evening slot and let the owner offer it with one action
The messaging is simulated for this demo
But the workflow is the point
A question becomes a booking
A cancellation becomes an opportunity
