Project focus
The overall objective was to create a more structured approach to brand visibility, audience growth, engagement, website traffic and future customer acquisition, while using research and performance data to guide decisions.

I managed and optimised multiple Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on generating conversations for business and event-related campaigns.
The work included campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimisation based on campaign data.
Across 5 campaigns, the account generated 543 messaging conversations, reached 65,475 people, and delivered 136,214 impressions with ₹25,966.97 in total spend.
I regularly reviewed key metrics such as cost per result, reach, frequency, impressions, and spend to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
