AI workspace platform, a sample build (a practice project, not client work). A workspace product sold to many companies: each customer company gets its own document store and AI assistants that only read what the asking user may read. Admins set usage limits, and billing follows usage. Next.js, Postgres, pgvector, Stripe Billing. Case study: https://infinisys.ai/work/multi-tenant-ai-workspace

Built an AI system that reads supplier invoices and posts them straight into a dealer management system. No one retypes anything anymore.
The problem: a group of car dealerships was getting hundreds of supplier invoices by email and WhatsApp photos, and staff were keying every line into their DMS by hand.
What I built:
• Email and WhatsApp intake, auto-matched to the right dealership
• AI and vision extraction of vendor, tax details, and line items grouped by vehicle
• Verification and duplicate detection before anything gets posted
• A review dashboard for the few cases that need a human
• Browser automation that posts approved invoices into the DMS
• WhatsApp auto-replies that chase suppliers for missing details
Result: 280+ invoices processed so far, with zero exceptions.
Stack: Python, LLM and vision models, React, Selenium
If your team is still copying data from documents into another system, that's usually very automatable. Happy to take a look at yours.

The WhatsApp auto-replies that chase suppliers for missing details are the piece I like most, since that closes the loop instead of just flagging a gap. How do you decide when a missing field gets an automatic chase versus going to the review dashboard for a person?
Next.js | Interactive 3D Real Estate Website Development
An immersive 3D real estate website experience combining modern web development with interactive property visualization to make exploring apartments more engaging and intuitive.
The experience features realistic 3D floor plans, smooth camera transitions, interactive room selection, and detailed property information panels. Visitors can explore apartment layouts from different angles, understand available spaces, and review property details without relying on traditional images or static floor plans.
With a clean dashboard interface, seamless 3D interactions, and user-focused navigation, the concept demonstrates how immersive technology can help real estate businesses present properties more effectively, build buyer confidence, and generate qualified inquiries.

How are you shipping the 3D floor plan to mobile? A Blender export can be several MB, so I'm curious whether you compress the model or load it in steps before the first render.
A booking platform is more than a calendar.
I worked on Duna, a Pilates scheduling platform with an integrated payment gateway.
What interests me about projects like this is the connection between the software and the actual business workflow: how people book, how payments fit into that process, and how the experience works for both customers and the team.
It’s the kind of development I enjoy—turning an operational need into a usable web product.
I’m open to projects involving booking systems, API integrations, and custom business applications.
The tricky part is keeping a class spot reserved while payment is still pending, then releasing it cleanly if checkout expires. Did you use a temporary booking hold for that?
