I just completed a full Oil & Gas project schedule in Primavera P6 Professional, built from scratch as part of my ongoing learning in project controls.

Here's what the schedule includes:

- Full WBS structure across 6 phases; Initiation, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, and Handover

- 25+ activities with realistic durations and Finish-to-Start predecessor logic

- 6 resources assigned across all phases; Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Procurement Officer, Site Supervisor, HSE Officer, and Construction Crew

- Cost loading of $1.6M across all activities with expense categories

- S-Curve generated showing cumulative budget distribution

- Baseline locked and constraints applied showing critical path analysis
