Overview: Marine-Link is a mission-critical, ESP32+LoRA based IoT ecosystem engineered for large-scale offshore aquafarming and high-standard industrial cleanroom management. As the Lead Architect, I developed a dual-mesh infrastructure that prevents mass biological mortality through real-time telemetry and automates high-power industrial equipment to drive energy efficiency.

► "One Board, Dual Mesh, Multi-Scenario": A single, high-reliability hardware platform designed to maintain connectivity in the most challenging RF environments: ● Hybrid Mesh Topology: Creates a LoRA mesh for long-range sensor data and a WiFi mesh for localized, high-bandwidth communication. ● Universal PCBA Design: Engineered a single motherboard compatible with both SX1276 and SX1278 LoRA modules, ensuring seamless regional adaptation and supply chain resilience. ● High-Power Actuation: Integrated remote control for high-power BLDC aeration pumps, utilizing smart logic to reduce carbon footprint and electrical waste.
► Key Engineering & Product Features: ● Critical Prevention Logic: Real-time environmental monitoring with predictive alerting to prevent mass fish loss due to water quality fluctuations. ● Deep-Customized HMI: Developed an ARM-based industrial data panel providing localized, real-time visualization of the entire facility grid. ● Cloud-to-Edge Batch Management: Managed via a centralized Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) platform, enabling mass configuration and threshold updates across hundreds of nodes. ● Dual-Purpose Versatility: Originally designed for the harsh conditions of offshore farms, the system's high reliability led to its successful adaptation for High-Standard Cleanroom Management. ● Industrial-Grade Reliability: Engineered for 24/7 operation in high-humidity/high-salinity environments, moving beyond "prototypes" into verified mass production.
► Scalability & Proven Success: ● Mass Production (MP) Ready: This system is currently in its mass-production phase, proving its manufacturability and long-term stability in the field. ● Cross-Industry Impact: Successfully scaled from primary industry (aquaculture) to high-tech manufacturing (cleanrooms), demonstrating a robust and flexible architecture.
