The goal was simple: make appointment management easier for salon owners and reduce the manual work involved in handling bookings and reminders.
The system connects the complete workflow in one place:
1 Customer makes a booking
2 Booking gets confirmed
3 Owner sees it on the dashboard
4 Upcoming appointments are organized clearly
5 Reminders help the owner stay on top of appointments
One of the key things I focused on was making the experience simple, clean, and easy to understand, while keeping the workflow practical for a real business.
This project helped me think beyond just building screens — and focus more on the actual business problem, user flow, and overall product experience.

Built Tobi Cuts for the Lovable Challenge.
I picked a one-man barber business and started thinking about how much of the booking process the owner actually has to deal with himself.
Not just taking the booking, but confirming it, collecting deposits, sending reminders, dealing with reschedules, cancellations and trying to fill empty slots.
So I tried to make the whole thing feel more hands-off. The customer gets a really simple booking flow, while the owner only sees what actually needs his attention.
Automate the routine. Surface the exceptions.
Had a lot of fun building this one and thinking through all the little states and edge cases.

i once worked with a founder who was about to start testing his product with 4–5 real industry users.
they were super early and b2b btw.
then his internal team started talking about analytics
→ what should we track?
→ what KPIs matter?
→ what should go into posthog?
i had to weigh in, “it’s too early for that” i said.
told them that at this stage (honestly at any stage) we had to do only 2 things…
1. watch what they do
→ where they stopped
→ what confused them
→ what they completely ignored
2. talk to them
→ we’ll understand the problem we’re solving better
→ we build rapport and trust. they tell us what’s actually bothering them
that’s it.
you don’t need more data, especially when you’re this early.
