Key Contributions:
Multi-Agent Orchestration: Architected a stateful dual-agent system using LangGraph.js to handle a 5-stage screening pipeline—covering parsing, automated scoring, ranking, and HR reporting.
High-Throughput Asynchronous Layer: Engineered a decoupled backend processing layer using Redis and BullMQ, completely isolating heavy AI workloads from the UI for non-blocking performance.
Automated Feedback Loops: Built a stateful loop that automatically tracks candidate transitions across pipeline stages and triggers real-time updates.
