Two years ago, I was charging less than a grand for a website. This year, I’ve shipped identity systems for companies at their most critical funding rounds.

The only thing that changed is I stopped punishing myself for being fast. When you bill hourly, you’re literally charging less as you get better.

I finally stopped the nightly grind of copying discount rows from Google Sheets into WooCommerce. My n8n flow now starts with a Schedule Trigger, pulls the sheet, splits products into batches and uses an HTTP Request node to patch prices where the rule applies. A Merge collects the outcomes and a Telegram node drops a quick summary. The result? About an hour saved each run and zero manual errors.
