I led Product Hunt launch strategy for two SaaS products, helping SmartCue reach #2 Product of the Day and Twimbit reach #4 Product of the Day. The work covered positioning, launch messaging, community seeding, outreach, launch-day coordination, and post-launch conversion thinking.
