New Contra users, Stay With Me π―
Here are few things I learnt lately and I decided to put it down, well I donβt wanna post it here before but I have promised to keep up with my content lately and yes sure Iβm going to fulfill that ππ₯°.
Lately I noticed a lot of people saying stuffs that arenβt even real, why I said itβs not real isnβt because Iβm the perfect one, but at least please be able to defend what you post with evidence sometimes abeg π€·ββοΈ.
I am not really into the fake it until you make it, I just think a lot of new Freelancers that really want to grow here on hasnβt gotten it right here, but I got you π, stay with me till the END.
Here are few list I made to help you navigate your journey as a freelancer who wants to grow and network better in whatever skills youβve learnt :
1. Growing connections:
This doesnβt have to be something you should be desperate about, but be intentional about it by connecting with these set of people :
A. People in your niche e.g ( Social media manager, email marketing specialist, web designers, UI/UX designer and so on.
B. Make at least 10-20 list of people who will surely need your service like CEos, founders, small business owners and recruiters as well.
C. Connect and follow with at least 10-20 new people per day, which should sum to 100 per week
2. Consistent Engagement:
Search by making use of hastags that you know your audience might be using, filter down to posts , newest post to at least past week or 24hrs β‘οΈ.
Make a meaningful and insightful comments on thier pages, this is called strategic connections in form of making awareness of what you can offer, remember itβs not really about you, itβs all about what you bring to the table π
3. Scheduling of content / posts :
I do hear many ideas about creators doesnβt schedule posts, I think you should do what works for you, scheduling of posts saves much time, you will master time management and be more productive with other things at the end of the day.
Post ideas π‘, create a progressive content that will lead to people acknowledging the fact that youβre not new in this and surely you have something to offer.
I wonβt be able to give much than this for today
