What happens after you hire BRAEID?
A lot of agencies just show the final video. We think the process matters too.
Every project moves through six stages:
1. Discovery
Understanding the goal, audience, message, and scope.
2. Project Setup
Creating the project infrastructure, file structure, and production roadmap.
3. Creative Development
Building the creative brief, references, and strategic direction before editing begins.
4. Editorial Production
Assigning the project, delivering assets, and moving into active production.
5. Internal QA
Reviewing story, pacing, sound, branding, and technical details before anything reaches the client.
6. Client Review & Delivery
Collecting feedback, implementing revisions, and delivering final files.
The goal isn't to add process.
It's to remove uncertainty.
Clients should always know where a project stands, what's happening next, and who's responsible for moving it forward.

what they need, what they've never had before —
and laying the right foundation from day one
instead of fixing it later.

↳ Figma MCP — moved there for customization
and a proper clickable prototype the client can actually walk through
