One thing I've learned while working on lead management is that getting leads is only the beginning.
If leads are not properly organized and followed up on, potential customers can easily be forgotten.
A simple lead tracker can make a big difference. Keeping information such as:
Lead name and contact details
Date of enquiry
Current lead status
Follow-up date
Responses of feedback
Next action
In one organized place makes it easier to know who needs attention and when.
