Enterprise marketing site migration for a food safety SaaS company. Two full builds: initial Astro + DatoCMS implementation, then a ground-up Next.js 14 migration with a modular block system so marketing could independently build, preview, and publish landing pages without developer involvement.

Built a custom TypeScript component library with GraphQL type safety, reducing new page build time from days to hours. Migrated 246 blog posts and 32 landing pages with zero data loss, maintaining SEO rankings through redirect mapping and metadata preservation. Drove Lighthouse scores from the high 80s to 98-99.

Documentation doubled as developer onboarding and AI context, so SafetyChain's own developers could ship features directly from the docs.

It classifies micro-motion patterns (calm, fidgeting, walking), detects faces and scene complexity, and adapts its interaction mode automatically: voice when you're moving, glanceable cards when you're busy, ambient when you're idle.

The AI doesn't just read sensors — it sees through your camera via Claude's Vision API, building a genuine understanding of your surroundings.
