Built a fully automated AI voice calling and lead qualification workflow using webhook automation, API integrations, Google Sheets, CRM sync, and email notifications. The system automatically pulls lead data, initiates AI-powered outbound calls through Bolna AI, analyzes call responses, qualifies leads, updates CRM records, and sends follow-up notifications in real time. One major challenge was handling failed calls and disconnected events without losing lead data, which I solved using intelligent routing and automated status tracking. The solution reduced manual follow-up work and improved lead response efficiency significantly.
