Rangoli CRM - Serverless React CRM Platform
Rangoli CRM was a serverless React.js CRM platform that I developed from scratch, including the frontend, serverless backend workflows, API integrations, deployment, and production setup. The system was built to manage customers, orders, billing, printable invoices, shipments, and business reporting from a single dashboard.
The frontend was built with React.js and hosted on Firebase Hosting. For backend/serverless logic, I used Firebase Cloud Functions, while Hasura was deployed on Heroku to provide GraphQL APIs for application data. I integrated shipment workflows, including Shiprocket, so the business could manage order delivery and tracking directly through the CRM.

The challenge is about choosing a real local business, improving its digital presence, and adding automation that helps the business work better — not just creating a pretty website.

For this project, I focused on creating a cleaner and more professional beauty brand experience. The new site includes a polished homepage, service sections, treatment details, before/after content, beauty-focused blogs, mobile-responsive design, and clear booking CTAs.
I also added automation to make the website more useful for the business:
• AI FAQ chatbot to answer questions about services, pricing process, treatments, booking, and aftercare
• Appointment inquiry flow to help visitors request a booking
• Lead capture automation to collect client details
• Admin dashboard to help the owner manage inquiries
• Blog-to-booking CTAs to turn educational content into potential appointments
The goal was to give JosBeauty a stronger online presence and a better way to turn visitors into real clients.
This is more than a redesign — it is a practical business tool built to improve trust, answer customer questions, capture leads, and support bookings.

Just wrapped: brand strategy + copywriting for Start Up Scene's website redesign 🇦🇪
Start Up Scene helps founders and investors set up companies in Dubai navigating 60+ government agencies, trade licenses, visas, and residency. My job was to give that process a voice.
What I delivered:
Brand positioning & tone of voice (the "trusted advisor" archetype calm, precise, bilingual)
Messaging framework: mission, vision, core promise, taglines, CTAs
Full website copy for the redesign of home, services, about, headlines
Vocabulary system (words to use / words to avoid) so every touchpoint sounds consistent
The goal: make a category full of "hassle-free solutions" jargon sound instead like a firm that's actually read your file before you sat down.

🔨 While everyone else was building loyalty apps for cafés and salons, I went hunting for B2B.
I'm a student in Maastricht, and I deliberately searched the Netherlands for a real industrial business, because every other #GiveItAGlow entry I saw was consumer-facing, and nobody was touching the heavy industry.
I found Laska Speciaal Lasbedrijf: an industrial welding company in Rotterdam, running since 1950. 76 years, five-star reputation, real B2B clients in construction and marine.
One problem: their "Request a Quote" form was broken. Not slow, not outdated — actually broken, showing a raw code error instead of a form. Every day it sat like that, they were losing quote requests from companies who needed an answer fast. 💸
So I rebuilt it. ⚒️
🌐 A professional industrial site — their real 76-year history, real photos of real completed work
📋 A working multi-step quote form — material, scope, deadline, file upload
🤖 An AI workflow that reads every request, classifies it as standard or high-priority based on material and scope, and tells the client what to expect — 3 hours for standard jobs, 24 hours for complex ones — while instantly flagging urgent jobs for the shop manager
I reached out to the real owners by phone and email. They're closed for the weekend, so I'm still waiting to hear back — but wanted to share what's already live and working. 🔥
