Clinic OS: Ending Waiting Room Chaos for a Real Gastro Clinic in Tier-2 India
At Dr. Nitesh's clinic in Jodhpur, 50+ patients crowd the waiting room daily. The receptionist is overwhelmed with calls asking, "Mera number kab hai?" and emergency endoscopies delay the entire queue without communication.
I built Clinic OS to fix this front door:
📱 Zero-Install Walk-ins: Patients scan a QR, get a digital OPD slip, track their live position, and share it via WhatsApp.
🖥️ Real-time TV Queue: Supabase WebSockets power a live display board in the waiting room.
🏥 Staff Dashboard: A secure, PIN-gated panel to call the next patient with one click.
🚨 Emergency 'Away Mode': Auto-pauses the queue and drops a red banner on the TV if the doctor rushes for an emergency endoscopy.
📡 Offline Outbox: Built-in localStorage sync handles Tier-2 internet drops flawlessly.
I planned the flow with Claude, crafted a premium Swiss-style clinical UI, and engineered the complete full-stack SaaS (including PostgreSQL transaction locks to prevent token collisions) entirely in Lovable.
