But I couldn't stop thinking about it. Not just what to cook, but how to make it unforgettable. How do you turn an ordinary meal into something they'll remember months from now?
That led to more questions: What does "the best dinner" even mean? Is it the food, the atmosphere, the conversation? And how do you figure out what matters most to this specific person sitting across from you?
I wasn't just planning a menu—I was solving a puzzle. How do you make someone feel genuinely seen and celebrated without feeling forced?
