I used to think that "hustling" is what success is all about. In fact, there was a point in my life where I was working 12, 16 hours. I thought being busy was my first step to success. Until the time I got severe back pains and my output suffered due to poor health. I had to take a step back and get therapy, and it was only then that I realized that taking care of myself means taking care of my work, too. That endless hours of work and not having boundaries wasn't only taking a toll on my body, but to the quality of work I do. Rest isn’t a break from your growth; it's the foundation that strengthens it. In a world that celebrates constant output, choosing to step back and take care of yourself is an act of intention. Give yourself room to breathe, reset, and recharge so you can do your best work.

I'm so happy finally more people talk about this, I think we should normalize rest, not romantize burnout and hustling
