What we built and why
We built Klar, an AI-powered life assistant designed to help people take control of their everyday lives in one place. Today, people use separate apps for budgeting, habits, goals, health, career planning, job applications, family organisation, and productivity. Klar brings these together into a single platform that understands the user's situation and provides personalised guidance.
The idea came from a simple observation: most people know what they should do to improve their finances, health, career, and daily routines, but they struggle with consistency, planning, and follow-through. Klar acts as a personal AI coach that helps users set goals, track progress, make better decisions, and stay accountable.
Our vision is to create a "Life Operating System" where users can:
Manage finances, budgets, savings, and financial goals.
Build and track habits that drive long-term success.
Set personal and family goals with actionable plans.
Improve health and wellbeing through personalised guidance.
Upload CVs, discover relevant jobs, and get help applying.
Organise daily tasks, reminders, and responsibilities.
Collaborate with partners or family members when needed.
Instead of providing generic advice, Klar learns from the user's goals, behaviour, and progress to deliver personalised recommendations and practical next steps.
We built Klar because we believe everyone should have access to a personal life coach, financial advisor, career mentor, and accountability partner, regardless of income or background. AI makes this possible at scale. Our mission is to help people make better decisions, achieve their goals faster, and build a more balanced and successful life.
Seeing the budget and habit modules talk to each other means users stop flipping between apps and get a single view of progress.

SoHo — from first inquiry to confirmed session
SoHo is a boutique photography studio in New York, offering private portraits, editorial shoots, and handcrafted photo albums. Its small team has to manage booking requests, session details, discounts, and customer photos while preparing for shoots.
I built SoHo in Lovable to bring that work into one connected experience.
Clients can choose a session, request a date and time, and track their booking status from their account. The studio can review requests, set approval rules, and see AI-assisted equipment suggestions for each shoot. Discounts become available at the right stage of the booking journey.
For custom albums, clients select a cover and place their photos into a digital version of the physical album box. The studio can manage the order and download all submitted photos as one ZIP file.
The goal was simple: help a small studio spend less time coordinating messages and files, and more time making the work its clients came for.

A self-initiated product: a booking and ordering system for a billiard club in Tbilisi. I designed it in Figma from scratch and built all of it, from the interface to the database.
Guests call the club and nobody answers. They arrive and every table is taken. They want food and wait at the bar. Side Pocket moves all of that to the website.
Key decisions
No guest accounts. A booking needs a name and a phone number. The guest gets a private link to move, extend or cancel. The link is the account.
A 15-minute hold. Guests check in with "I'm at the table." A table nobody claims goes to the waitlist, and the next person gets the same 15 minutes.
Ordering tied to the table. Guests order from their phone during the game, add time themselves and see the bill as it grows.
One screen for staff. Every table's state for the night, late arrivals and orders to serve pinned to the top, bookings and orders boards, alerts in Telegram.
A Telegram bot. It understands "table for 4 tonight at 8" in English or Russian and finishes the booking with buttons.
Scope
Guest site with live availability, single and group booking, waitlist, private booking page, table page with menu, cart and bill, email confirmations and reminders, staff dashboard, Telegram bot.
Stack
React 19, TanStack Start, TanStack Router and Query, Tailwind 4, Radix UI, Supabase Postgres with row-level security, pg_cron, Brevo and Resend, Telegram Bot API, Vitest.
Business rules sit in plain functions, separate from the UI and the database, with 73 tests. Only server functions touch the database.

How do you build something useful for tattoo artist who are skeptical about AI?
For this #lovablechallenge I built Casa Tinta, an opportunity to support small tattoo businesses in streamlining their work, making their art more visible and the focus of the business without disenfranchising them. No art is generated, and the automation is custom built.
Our tattoo artist, Nuria, can manage her bookings, handle payments, put up flash tattoos, and have full control without any of her actual work touching Generative AI. Meanwhile she has a bespoke process that makes her life much easier. I think that's the balance I want to see with AI tools in the future.
