I replaced 12 vendors with one platform. It took 5 weeks.

A client was running their entire B2B procurement operation across 12+ disconnected tools. Separate systems for catalog, quoting, ordering, payments, vendor management. Nothing talked to anything. Every order was a manual relay race between spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.

I built one platform to replace all of it. It's live at app.primeservefs.com.

Here's the actual build:

The stack Next.js 14, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS on the front. Supabase and PostgreSQL for data and auth. Razorpay for payments. Vercel for hosting. OpenAI API for the search layer. Claude Code as the build engine.

What went in → Multi-tenant SaaS core: buyers, vendors, and admins each get their own role-based dashboard. Three distinct experiences, one codebase. → 1,000+ SKUs across 6 categories, structured so search works at scale. → AI-powered search: buyers type what they mean, not exact SKU codes, and get the right product. → Dynamic pricing logic that adjusts by role and vendor. → Razorpay checkout wired end to end.

Why 5 weeks and not 5 months Every "replace 12 vendors" project dies the same way: teams try to migrate everything perfectly on day one. I didn't. I built the buyer flow first, got it usable, then layered vendor and admin on top.

AI handled the boilerplate: schema scaffolding, CRUD, repetitive dashboard components. My time went to the logic that's actually hard: multi-tenancy, pricing rules, payment edge cases.

Context on why this matters right now: GitHub reported that 51% of code committed in early 2026 was AI-generated or AI-assisted. But the teams winning aren't the ones typing "build me an app." They're the ones who know exactly what to build and use AI to compress the timeline.

The tool doesn't replace the judgment. It removes the typing.

The result: one platform instead of twelve. A real product the client owns. Shipped in a month and change.
