While working on ideas for an e-commerce brand called Jemmali, I put together a simple fall discount email template.
I like thinking about these small touchpoints because they’re part of how people experience a product or brand. A website might bring someone in, but something like an email is often what brings them back.
The idea behind this one was simple: keep it clear, warm, and seasonal without overwhelming the reader.
Short, friendly message → clear offer → direct call to action.
Even though I spend most of my time building websites and digital products, I enjoy thinking about the whole experience around them — the small things that help people discover, return, and engage.
Sometimes that starts with something as simple as a thoughtful email.
