Built a multi-agent customer support automation in n8n where a Supervisor AI analyzes each customer request and routes it to the right specialist agent. Separate AI agents handle Sales, Technical Support, Billing, and Order inquiries, while requests requiring personal assistance are automatically escalated to human support. The system can send customer responses, notify the support team, and log conversations in a CRM for tracking.
