A demo project built on fictional sample data, not a live client engagement. The problem: a small business exports invoices as separate monthly CSV files and has no quick view of who owes what. The fix: a short Python script that merges every monthly CSV, cleans the columns, and builds an Excel summary with totals and unpaid amounts per customer. In the sample run it merged 24 invoices from 3 files across 4 customers and flagged £2,978.43 still unpaid, in seconds instead of an afternoon of copy-paste. Good fit for: bookkeepers, trades and shops that export invoices from different tools and want one tidy workbook. We can adapt it to your file layout as a small fixed-price job.
