Visual Design: Created a modern, approachable aesthetic that balances "Clinical Trust" with "Warmth," distinguishing them from sterile competitors.
Engineering: Rebuilt the responsive grid for thumb-accessible mobile browsing and integrated heavy video assets without layout shifts (CLS).
