The Freelance Game - Learn conversation in English and negotiation against AI with live portrait and real project brief.
I can write and read English well, but having a live conversation is something different. I wish for an app that can help me practices my speaking and negotiation skill, without bothering someone. An app that truly understood my position, simulate the interview, taught me negotiations tips, correct my grammar, enrich my vocabulary and score my overall conversation.
So I made this game, it focuses on having conversation with Client AI to win a project. Each client has their own profile, emotion, characteristics and background stories to unfold. They are like real people, if we somehow manage to dig into their hobbies while keep being professional, we can raise higher relationship score, which will make it easier to close the later deal.
Game mechanics:
> Select available leads -> Have an interview -> Evaluate -> Deliver the projects
> Upgrade your reach/skills/studio, so you can gain more leads and work faster.
> Build your reputation so bigger client will come.
> Manage relationship with your client, every fact found during conversation will be written into the client diary, which you can use later as a conversation in the subsequent project. (e.g: “Can’t wait to see Jose Mourinho this season at Madrid!”, "Hi, how's James doing right now? Is he fully recovered yet?")
> Yes, you can negotiate beyond their budget
It differs with regular AI conversation, you’ll need to maintain relationship, cover the project scope properly, learn about the client and designed to be as close as possible to a real life situation.
