I've worked with startups as a founding designer and in big tech, leading processes end-to-end. Currently at SCALAR, I work on enterprise fleet-management software that people rely on to do their jobs every day. I care about the unglamorous parts: the dispatcher staring at a screen for eight hours, the edge cases, the details most people skip.
