Everything real pubs fight with is built in: last food at 21:15, the Thursday trad session that locks the snug, match-day yard rules, parties that are too big (they land in Aoife's inbox as exceptions). The age check is AI — guests take a selfie and it verifies 18+ without storing name or address. Aoife gets a staff phone board for wet hands: the lock board for the next 14 days, tonight's run sheet with covers, allergens and deposits, and the exception inbox.
