Developed an anonymised detailed cost plan and BOQ for a proposed 6-bedroom duplex residential development in Benin City, covering building works, ancillary buildings, external works, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, CCTV/security and solar systems. The work included quantity take-off, cost structuring, material and labour schedules, specifications and cost-control checks using an RICS NRM-based measurement framework.
