Bramblewash Mobile Grooming (fictional, Austin, TX): Maya grooms dogs alone from a van and can't answer messages with a dog in the tub. Bramblewash turns "can you come Saturday?" into a visit booked in under a minute on her day for the client's part of town, queues the reminders and reschedules on its own, and a no-show takes Maya one tap.

Bramblewash Mobile Grooming is a made-up business with a real problem. Maya grooms dogs on her own from a van that drives to each client's home in Austin. With her hands in a dog bath she can't answer texts, so leads go cold. Austin is big, so she keeps zone days: North on Monday and Thursday, South on Tuesday and Friday, East and West on Wednesday, Saturday for regulars only.

Before: a client texts "can you come Saturday?", Maya replies that evening, three messages later they agree on a day, and the booking still falls through when the client forgets.

After: the client enters a ZIP code and sees only the days the van is in their area. They pick the dog's size and the service, choose a time that fits the visit plus travel, and get "You're booked" with a code and a calendar file. From there the app queues reminders with confirm and reschedule buttons, frees unconfirmed slots and offers them to the waitlist, and follows up once with people who started booking but didn't finish.

On Maya's side, a no-show is one tap, "Running late" tells the next client in one tap, marking a day off ("van broke down") offers everyone booked that day a new time, and a 7:00 summary lists her route and anything still unconfirmed.

In this demo nothing is actually emailed or texted: messages are queued in an outbox as ready to send and shown on the client's page.
