Redesigned the Kaily AI chatbot to make it feel more modern, flexible, and closer to each brand’s identity.
The goal was to move beyond a basic support bot and create an experience brands could truly make their own , with custom colors, logos, typography, tone of voice, promotions, and customer engagement built into the experience.
The redesign improved the overall product value, made the chatbot more competitive, and contributed to millions in business revenue.
A project I really enjoyed because it was not just about improving UI, it was about improving the product itself. Check it out
