manageany — built for the Base44 Challenge
most B2B service websites are just brochures. you read the services, fill a form, and wait for someone to call back.
manageany is different. it’s a full service-flow platform built for an integrated facility management company in Surat. the moment a facility manager lands on the site, they can get a real quote — pick their services, drag a slider for facility size, and watch the monthly estimate update live. no sales call required.
when they submit, the system doesn’t just send an email. it scores the lead automatically based on the services selected and the size of the facility. the customer gets a branded PDF quote with a unique reference number. the admin gets a kanban board where every request moves from new → in-review → active → closed. and both sides can track the same request in real time.
what it solves:
-> facility managers waste days chasing quotes across 6+ contractors
-> service companies lose leads because follow-up is manual and slow there’s no single source of truth once a quote is sent
-> manageany puts the whole flow — quote, score, email, track — in one place, built and running in a single session on @Base44.

I built TANDem Studio to make project management easier for freelancers and small teams. It brings projects, tasks, deadlines, time tracking, and client work together in one place, so everything feels more organized.
The idea came from a simple thought: we spend so much time managing work that we sometimes forget to focus on the work itself.
With TANDem Studio, I want to reduce the busywork and give people more time to create, collaborate, and build better client relationships.
TANDem Studio — More time for the work that matters.
