A beauty salon in Italy was taking every booking by hand — DMs, phone calls, a paper calendar, and regular double bookings. I designed and built the customer-facing side: service catalog, real-time availability on a 30-minute grid, and booking in three taps on a phone. Serverless on Cloudflare Workers, with a GDPR-compliant consent flow. Built solo, from the discovery call to production.
