ServiceMarket is a UAE-based platform where customers book household services like home cleaning, salon, and handyman jobs. I led development across 3 portals: customer website, service provider portal, and customer care portal.
Migrated React.js to Next.js, cutting load times by 40% and boosting user retention by 15%
Automated portals reduced manual operations by 30%, increased bookings by 20%, and drove 12% revenue growth
Improved booking management speed by 25% and task completion by 20%
Maintained 95% customer satisfaction across 10,000+ monthly users

Recently, I created two designs for my client. One is in dark mode, and the other is in light mode. I love both of them. Which one do you like more?

🚨 What if your business could manage SMS, WhatsApp, Email, users, and messaging gateways from ONE dashboard?
Not 5 different tools.
Not endless switching between platforms.
Not a messy communication workflow.
I built a centralized Business Messaging Platform designed to bring business communication and user management under one roof. 🚀
Instead of building just another admin dashboard, I focused on a real business problem:
Too many communication channels. Too many disconnected tools. Too much manual work.
So I built a system where businesses can:
💬 Manage SMS, WhatsApp & Email communication
👥 Control users, roles & permissions
📧 Create and manage email communication workflows
⚙️ Configure multiple messaging/API gateways
📊 Monitor messaging statistics from one dashboard
🔐 Protect operations with authentication & RBAC
🔌 Connect external services through REST APIs
⚡ Scale the platform as communication volume grows
Under the Hood
Laravel → Secure & scalable backend
React.js → Fast, responsive dashboards
MySQL → Structured data management
REST APIs → Integration-ready architecture
RBAC → Secure user & permission management
API Integrations → Messaging gateways & external services
But the important part isn't the tech stack.
It's what the technology can remove from a business.
Less platform switching.
Less repetitive communication work.
Less fragmented user management.
And one centralized system built around the company's actual workflow.
💡 That’s the kind of software I like building — not just websites, but systems that solve expensive business problems.
If your company is still managing customers, messaging, internal workflows, or integrations across disconnected tools, there may be a much better way to build it.
📩 Need a custom SaaS platform, business dashboard, messaging system, API integration, or automation solution? Let’s build it.

Seeing the single pane for SMS, WhatsApp and email cuts the back and forth you'd otherwise spend juggling tools.
This project was a full-stack platform built for the Hussaini Tanzeem Youth Foundation, an NGO, to help them manage their community and operations online. I built it end to end using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Firebase, covering everything from member management and expense tracking to surveys, complaints, and a blogging system.
One part I am especially proud of is the SEO-focused blog I built with rich text support, likes, comments, sharing, and link previews. It has brought in over 220,000 views so far. I also spent time improving the site's overall SEO and Core Web Vitals, which helped drive more than 114,000 user events in just 90 days.
Beyond the blog, I built role-based access so admins and regular NGO users see different views, along with expense dashboards and complaint workflows that made day-to-day operations easier for the team running the foundation.
This project let me work across the full stack on something with real community impact, and it sharpened my skills in performance optimization, SEO, and building tools that non-technical users can actually rely on.
