Successfully led the launch of a new chronic-care therapy as a second mover, using a differentiated Blue Ocean Strategy to achieve immediate market leadership. When a prolonged API supply crisis threatened market continuity, I took direct ownership and worked with executive management to develop an unconventional local sourcing solution, helping stabilize supply and protect market momentum.
Earlier, I served as the strategic architect behind the transformation of a cardiovascular portfolio from approximately $80K to $8M, making it a market-leading franchise over an eight-year period.
